Privacy Policy

1. Definitions

User - a natural person registered with the “Portgo” Service.

The Operator – the owner of the “Portgo” Service and the full copyright holder of the Service is “Port App” LLC (TIN: 1309429221, Legal address: Sharifzade 138, apt. 39. Actual address: Ahmad Rajabli 10 a)

“Portgo” Service (hereinafter referred to as the Service) – is the “Port GO” mobile application, which provides information about those wishing to use the service for evacuation service providers, allows them to receive requests for the service and use other functionality.

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed on personal data with or without the use of automation tools.

“Cookies” files – are small text files stored in the Service to remember information about visits.

2. Consent

2.1. By registering on the Service, the User agrees to the application of this Privacy Policy;

2.2. The purpose of the preparation of this Policy is to provide information on how the User’s personal data is collected, used, shared and modified by the Operator To provide information to the User.

 

3. Composition of personal data

3.1. Personal data is any information relating to a natural person (citizen) who is directly or indirectly identified or identifiable. Such information may include, in particular: name, surname and patronymic, date and place of birth, address, marital status, information on social and property status, telephone number, information on education, profession, income, as well as other information.

3.2. Personal data processed by the Operator are considered confidential information that is strictly protected in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

3.3. By using the Service, the User grants the Operator access to the following:

3.3.1. Geolocation (GPS);

3.3.2. Camera;

3.3.3. Phone book;

3.3.4. File system;

3.3.5. Network connection (mobile network and Wi-Fi).

3.4. By using the Service, the User grants the Operator access to the following information:

3.4.1. “Cookies”  files;

3.4.2. Operating System version;

3.4.3. Device type;

3.4.4. Current time zone.

3.5. The User authorizes the Operator to process Personal Data as described below, but not limited to: collection, acquisition, registration, systematization, collection, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transmission (distribution, presentation, output), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

4. Purposes of Use

4.1. The User's personal data is collected and stored by the Operator for the provision of services for the following purposes:

4.1.1. For identification and communication;

4.1.2. To provide information about the Service;

4.1.3. To analyze the operation of the service, to implement and improve its technical management;

4.1.4. For marketing purposes;

4.1.5. For other purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

 

5. Data protection

5.1. The Operator takes special measures to ensure the security of the User's data. Within the framework of such measures, special processes and procedures are applied aimed at reducing the risks of unauthorized access to the User's data or their unauthorized disclosure.

 

6. Refusal to provide data, receive informational and advertising notifications and delete personal data

6.1. When the Operator requests personal data from the User, the User has the right to refuse to provide them. If the User refuses to provide personal data, the possibility of using the Service may be limited.

6.2. The User may request the deletion of personal data. Based on such a request, the Operator may delete personal data collected about the User through the mobile application and restrict the right to use the Service. The User must contact the info@portgo.az e-mail address to delete personal data.

6.3. The User may refuse to receive informational and advertising notifications. For this, the User must send the words "refuse notifications" to the info@portgo.az e-mail address.

 

7. Blocking "cookies" files

7.1. The User may disable the use of "cookies" using the settings in the Service may delete or block files, in which case his/her use of the Service may be restricted.

7.2. The User acknowledges that non-personal data may be retained even if the User ceases to use the Service or requests the deletion of personal data.

 

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

8.1. The Operator reserves the right to update or change this Policy at any time, and the User may review this Privacy Policy from time to time.

8.2. After any changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the User will indicate that he/she has approved those changes and agrees to comply with and be bound by the changed Privacy Policy by continuing to use the Service.

8.3. In the event of any material changes to this Privacy Policy, the User may be notified by sending a notification to the email address provided when verifying himself/herself on the Service.
